Window Watcher is a non-contestant in BFTROR.
Window Watcher only appeared in BFTROR 4. They were seen on the wall while Minecraftian was looking at the computer and again while 8-Ball was talking.

When Minecraftian was near the computer, they looked normal and had a face.
in the next scene when 8-Ball from BFB was talking, their face went away and was replaced by text that could not be completely seen because Minecraftian was covering part of it. However, it most likely says “Shrek Cameo”.
